How we delivered positive results

The Days team approached us seeking creative web design and development optimization support. Days needed to make internal business decisions that would ultimately influence changes in the customer buying experience. We were tasked with implementing a user experience (UX) that would positively impact the Average Order Value (AOV) without any negative conversion effects.

Cart drawer optimisation

Our support for conversion extended beyond the product landing page.

The sale is not won once a customer adds a product to their cart; there's more work to be done. This is where the new and improved cart drawer comes into play for Days Brewing. We designed and delivered a shipping threshold visualisation that not only informed but also supported an increase in AOV. This optimisation was particularly impressive, considering the added cost of the product and the introduction of a shipping threshold that wasn't there before. It validated the success of our process and application, evident in the positive Month-over-Month (+MOM) results.
