VAHA is more than an interactive fitness mirror. It is a lifestyle choice. The VAHA Mirror allows you to experience personal training in the comfort of your home, with live individual training content delivered directly through the mirror.
We were briefed to design an e-commerce experience bringing the concept of flow and movement together, connecting the brand & its philosophy of wellbeing to the customer.

The VAHA Mirror literally packs a punch. The mirror represents a new era of personal fitness in the home delivering an unrivalled depth of content, all available on demand. User education about the brand & product was an essential part of the UX for optimising conversion. We understood that the customer journey was across multiple devices challenging us to bring the life size Mirror experience into the hands of the customer in an effortless & responsive user interface.
VAHA looked to us and our marketing growth partners, to super charge this unique premium product online. Improving conversion, educating new customers and delivering a wealth of content in a clean concise flow. We dived into the product, highlighting the core attributes that make this Mirror so individual for each user, building a user experience that removes any barriers to purchase, being informative every step of the way.
This does not all come without challenges. Being agile and adapting though-out the entirety of the project was key to success. The design work was supported with a strategy that gave direction for the final executions while also allowing us to challenge normal preconceptions, delivering a unique digital experience.
